Developing a functional fitness program means increasing flexibility, strength, power, balance, alignment, agility, endurance, and coordination.

But before you can work with your clients on any of these principles, you must first address their injuries. In this webinar, Dr. Ben Benjamin will walk you through his approach to assessing an injury through testing and intake skills, effective treatment techniques that have been proven to reduce, prevent and eliminate severe and chronic pain, and functional movement routines to enhance your treatment plan and prevent injury recurrences.

Whether this is your first opportunity to study with Dr. Ben Benjamin or you are a veteran, this webinar is not to be missed.

One day after the webinar, you will have access to a recording of the webinar for 30 days so that you can review it as many times as you’d like. If you cannot participate live, you can view the presentation at your leisure. You'll also receive a copy of the slides ahead of time so you can review them in advance and use them to take notes during the session.

Ben Benjamin holds a Ph.D. in Sports Medicine and Education and is founder of the Muscular Therapy Institute. He studied with Dr. James Cyriax, the “father of orthopedic medicine,” and has applied his insights to the healing of common soft tissue injuries through skilled massage therapy.

After studying with Aaron Mattes, Dr. Benjamin began incorporating AIS into his injury treatment protocols and other aspects of his work. He has been authorized by Aaron Mattes to conduct independent AIS trainings.

Dr. Benjamin is the author of many articles on working with injuries as well as the widely used books in the field Listen to Your Pain, Are You Tense?, and Exercise Without Injury. He has been in private practice for over 40 years and teaches extensively throughout the country.

**If you cannot join live, you can still sign up now. We will send you the recording of the webinar 24 hours after it airs and you will have 30 days to view it and review it as many times as you'd like.**
