Job Standards & Guidelines: 

• You will use your own massage chair and bring your cleaning supplies, face protection, hand sanitizer
• Show up early enough to set up and be ready by the start time and begin breakdown at the end-time unless otherwise directed by the on staff contact people
• Your license and current liability insurance needs to be on record with me.
• Dress Code:  White Shirt (Polo, button up, professional look)   
• If a shirt is provided you will wear this.  Keep this shirt clean and wrinkle free as you may need it for future jobs.   
• Dress Code:  Black, Tan or Khaki pants  NO SHORTS
• Dress Code:  Relatively clean shoes, NO OPEN TOES OR BACK (no Crocs)

The FLDOH has mandated that LMT's wear name tags when dealing with the public. Name tags can be bought for $10 or less at a local trophy store or one of the office supply chains (Office Depot, Staples, Office Max, etc)
